REPAIRS:  I take care in making  jewelry to last, but sometimes it doesn't. If you have a problem, contact me and I'll make arrangements to repair the item. If something breaks, please try to gather all stray pieces to send back. Buyer pays shipping to return item for repair and may be asked to pay a small charge for the return postage back.  (back to top)

Return policy:  Customer satisfaction is important to me. You may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days of the shipment date. The item should be unworn and in its original condition.
To arrange for a return, please email and I will send you a return shipping address. You may want to insure your return as I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
When your returned item arrives, If it is the same condition as when it was sent out, I will issue a credit in the method in which you originally paid  (PAYPAL or check)  for the Selling price of the item(s). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  (back to top)

Each piece of my jewelry is one-of-a-kind or made in small limited quantities (5-8 pieces).  While the style or theme of my jewelry may be similar, each piece will still be unique. My jewelry is made in America with high quality beads and well-made components so it will look good, last long, and feel comfortable to wear. The beads I use are imported from many countries.  I do not claim or represent that the fetish beads are an authentic Indian craft or are made entirely of the natural stone of reference. Fetish beads may be stabilized or enhanced, to brighten the color and harden the substance, or be block, which is a man made material designed to resemble the appearance of, but not duplicate the properties of the natural gemstone.
